That's partly because you are in the thick of things, and no one gets a clear line of sight from within the fray. But, mostly, because no one told you there was an easier way.  And if they did, it sounded so complicated or full of bullshit that it was quickly relegated to the too-hard basket.

Within each of those levels we'll show you the strategies to create a business that works smarter, not harder, to deliver your products and services.

Once we've identified the correct next move, it's time to make sure it's executed well so it becomes sustainable in your business. That requires an outside perspective, because it's very difficult to see the big picture from within the undergrowth, and to know what corrections to make.

The no.1 concern most organisations have in employing a coach is whether they'll come in like a bull in a china shop and upset a lot of people. Our coaching seeks first to understand the complete situation and make thoughtful corrections to the underlying cause or system, rather than reacting to the symptoms. Our methodology is to ask, rather than tell, which endears us to your team and allows us to suggest ideas that are more quickly accepted.

Something special happens when you realise that you are not alone, especially if you are surrounded by others who are thinking at a completely different level.

A big part of all our programs is to connect you to your peers in an environment of support, fun, and learning.

That's what the All Stars is about. Along with your 1:1 sessions, we meet monthly via Zoom and in person at our intensives 3 times a year. 
Whether delivered in a 1: 1 session, a workshop or presentation, all of our training is backed up in our e-Learning platform and available to your entire team.
In person or via video, we use a range of tools to help you accelerate your results. Psychometric tools such as DISC and TA (Transactional Analysis) are powerful and easy to use.

The first step in your coaching program is an alignment


The beginning of every program is a Strategy and Planning session. Its purpose is to align the coaching to your personal and business goals. We'll typically get to work on your most pressing issues, then gradually strengthen the foundations of your business with a mix of 1:1 and group sessions. Then, we'll develop a rhythm of accountability and coaching sessions that suit your circumstances.
